Billed in EUR by an EU company (Studio 404 d.o.o., Slovenia). Every payment gets a VAT invoice; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced with reverse charge.

Prices in EUR, excluding VAT. VAT is added where applicable: 22% in Slovenia, your country's rate for consumers elsewhere in the EU, reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid VAT ID, no VAT outside the EU. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ in volume, domains, retention and rate limit.

Pricing FAQ

Billing, limits and the fine print

What counts as an email?

Each recipient counts. One API call with three addresses in to, cc and bcc is three emails. Batch calls count every email in the batch the same way.

Do attachments cost extra?

No. Attachments are included on every standard plan, up to 40 MB per email, inline images included. SpacePost is built for transactional and marketing email, not bulk file delivery: if your attachment volume is unusually high compared with your email volume, we may get in touch about a custom plan. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

What happens when I go over my included emails?

On Pro and Scale you keep sending and pay the overage rate (€0.25 per extra 1,000 on Pro, €0.20 on Scale), billed at the end of the period. You get a heads-up by email as you approach your included volume.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Before checkout you enter your billing details (name, address, country and an optional VAT ID), and you see the VAT and the total before you pay. Customers in Slovenia pay 22% VAT, consumers elsewhere in the EU pay their country's rate, EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism, and customers outside the EU pay no VAT. Every payment comes with an invoice in EUR.

What happens when I hit the free limit?

The Free plan stops at 3,000 emails in a calendar month. The API returns a monthly_quota_exceeded error, nothing is billed and sending resumes next month or when you upgrade.

Is there a daily cap?

Yes, on every plan including Free. For the first 7 days every new team is sandboxed to 100 emails a day and verified domains (a paid plan ends the sandbox early). After that the cap grows with your sending: the larger of 1,000 and twice your best day in the last 14 days, up to 50,000 a day. Planning a big launch? Ask support for a review.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page whenever you like. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then drop to Free. There are no contracts.

Do unused emails roll over?

No. Included emails reset each calendar month.

Do you offer dedicated IPs?

On Enterprise, yes, passed through at our cost from AWS. Contact us and we will set it up with you, including a warm-up plan.

We took Resend's published plans from resend.com/pricing on October 23, 2026 and compare against the cheapest option at each volume. Resend's prices are in USD and ours in EUR (excl.
